At PlayingCardDecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
